The Dream Team Outtakes

08:50
On November 14th, 2015 (and then again on November 28th) we met up in a hotel in Wilmington, Delaware to shoot an ASMR video. All told, we spent roughly 26 hours in a hotel room (as well as in the parking lot, behind some apartments, and next to a church) making one rabbit’s life hell. The video that came out of that was “The Dream Team”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYbU8O2USGU But it’s hard keeping a straight face after a few hours doing ridiculous things to a puppet! Here are some moments where we just couldn’t behave like forty-something adults anymore. ASMR Relaxation & More - Channel Trailer

03:13
Today there is a threat to mankind far worse than the Black Death itself, as Corvus D. Clemmons, ASMR Plague Doctor explains in our channel trailer. Whether you are suffering from stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression or just want to relax and enjoy some tingles, hopefully we can help by providing you with a variety of content including ASMR videos, relaxing Let's Play gaming videos, vlogs, nature videos and more. What is ASMR? Why am I whispering? ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the current (non-scientific) name given to the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering and personal attention. My videos are not only meant to help induce ASMR or "tingles", but also help provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer while helping to provide anxiety relief, stress relief, insomnia relief, to help those suffering with PTSD or depression, serve as a study aid and much more. Rift World Explained! By The Patient Next Door (ASMR)

54:22
You are woken up by the pleasant sound of someone lightly tapping at your door. It's well past curfew here at Arkham Sanitarium, and as far as you know, you are not expecting any guests at this hour. As your unseen visitor stops tapping, much to your dismay as you were just starting to feel the tingles, he quietly opens the door to your room and politely asks for your permission to enter. You are more than happy to oblige him, as you were having trouble falling asleep anyway, and you could sure use the company of someone else other than one of the many doctors that can never seem to stop experimenting on you. After making your neighbor's acquaintance, it's only then that you realize after all these years you've never actually met him face to face, nor whomever the neighbor is on the other side of your living quarters. But one should suffice for now, as you know how overwhelmed you get when meeting new people or being in a new environment. Too much stimulation and you're liable to retreat into a dark corner of the room for a week. Once you realize how long your neighbor has been residing here, and that he apparently likes to carry around a brown shoe with him wherever he goes, your inquisitive mind, the same one that got you here in the first place, can't help but to ask the questions you've been wanting answers to for so long. Your new friend seems more than happy to share what he knows about the many peculiar inhabitants and places that exist beyond the walls: 00:01:30 Your next door neighbor 00:11:04 Arkham Sanitarium 00:15:25 The Clemmons Brothers 00:19:00 Other off-world sanitariums 00:20:18 Professor Clemmons (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2BmR8vA) 00:22:03 The Plague Doctor (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2AfllPS) 00:24:44 Margaret (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2AiElNv) 00:25:27 Margaret's Garden 00:28:09 Deep One Dave (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2AJqjFu) 00:29:07 Dr. Winslow & the sentient animals (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2j3QZ9t) 00:30:19 Dr. Walker (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2inQkCR) 00:31:08 Dr. Heimer / Grandpa (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2jAkdfs) 00:32:46 The Repairman (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2zOOh1V) 00:36:44 The Green Man (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2j446Yc) 00:37:40 Bag Thing (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2ArjSWV) 00:38:18 Patient #1 (http://bit.ly/2BwKRhE) 00:39:27 Rob Ross (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2AlroQI) 00:40:33 The Man of Bats (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2ArVN2c) 00:42:33 Charlie Carl (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2j4UZXl) 00:44:20 The Couch Companion (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2j22Nck) 00:44:45 The Candy Man (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2zSVheg) 00:45:52 Dr. Groot (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2nhPd9k) 00:46:58 The Tin Foil Hat Society (Playlist: http://bit.ly/1Ap6bkc) 00:47:20 The Cardboard Confederacy (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2BoVTF0) 00:48:02 The Rifts 00:48:29 Locations within the Sanitarium 00:52:25 The Harvest & Experimental Surgeries A few other people & places that your neighbor forgot to mention (it was late at night after all, or maybe its just that he doesn't know about all of them): Iggy Manley (Playlist: http://bit.ly/1IHzqAF) Chris Crinkle (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2AfbFVz) Yuri Puuki (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2zQzqEq) Dr. Lampert Schade (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2AhiHcr) Mordecai's Tingle Mart (http://bit.ly/2j3HFTc) The Innsmouth Thrift Shop (Playlist: http://bit.ly/2Ah0Bac) Martha (https://youtu.be/nIGLgcqEceY) Website ► https://ephemeralrift.com Shop (more stuff coming soon) ► https://ephemeralrift.com/shop/ Patreon ► http://bit.ly/1EZgmNi Podcasts: EphemRadio (now with music!) ► http://apple.co/2afSkZQ Arkham Sanitarium (on hiatus) ►http://apple.co/2alraeV Listen to selected works outside of YouTube: Spotify ► http://bit.ly/1V23U60 CDBaby ► http://bit.ly/1AUt3Jj iTunes ► http://apple.co/1xIHLNd Google Play ► http://bit.ly/1vPUJgF And others like Deezer, Rhapsody, etc Social Media: Facebook ► https://www.facebook.com/ephemeralrift1 Twitter ► https://twitter.com/EphemeralRift IG ► http://instagram.com/e.rift What is ASMR? To me, ASMR is 2 things: a sensation and a medium (like music for example). The sensation itself (ASMR) stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the current (non-scientific) name given to the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering, personal attention or watching someone perform a task. It's like goosebumps, but much more pleasant. ASMR videos, the medium, are not only meant to help induce the sensation or "tingles" in the viewer, but also help provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer. They often help those dealing with anxiety, stress, headaches, insomnia, mental health issues, concentrating, studying and more. It is quite therapeutic, for both the creator and recipient, which is not that much different than the mediums of music and painting, for example. Many people who do not experience ASMR still enjoy the videos for their calming and sleepy effect.

Not only do my videos help induce ASMR and provide "tingles", but they also help people who suffer with anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, PTSD and more.

You are one of Professor Clemmons' most trusted associates sent to check in on The Tinkerer, who is working on something of great importance for the sanitarium's Director. You soon learn that Dr. Corvus D. Clemmons, resident Plague Doctor at Arkham Sanitarium, has made special arrangements for his beloved brother. This is a monthly Patron-contributed video, where I create something based on their input. Unearthing a Cthulhu Relic (Lovecraftian ASMR)

55:06
Have you been dreaming again? Or has the staff at Arkham Sanitarium helped dredge up an old forgotten memory from the dark and dusty cellar of your subconscious? Whatever the source of this imagery may be, it appears that you find yourself with a fellow undergraduate student at Miskatonic University. You and your classmate have been charged with the task of examining some of the rubble that was brought back from an archaeological expedition to the Himalayan mountains. You are merely an observer here, as your counterpart does most of the work examining, collecting samples and taking (strange) notes of the various types of ancient gravel and stones retrieved from amid the cyclopean ruins found bordering a vast rift deep within the aforementioned mountains. Towards the end of this observation, it appears that your colleague (classmate, or... professor?), along with the help of your own memories or voices whispering in your head, unearth a strange artifact, be it idol or effigy. It bares the same resemblance to the blasphemous creature found among the other prized collections at the university, which has been given the name: Cthulhu. Unfortunately by this time, you either cannot recall any further details of this memory or dream, or you are merely too tired to find what has become of the artifact, and you...
