Mariana Resources - Ergama Project, Turkey 180 km SW of Istanbul and 20 km W of the regional centre of Balikesir, Balikesir Province, western Turkey. The project is well located with primary access being provided by the Balikesir – Edremit highway a paved, dual-carriageway highway, and local access by forestry roads. Topography consists of rolling hills which attain a maximum altitude of 591 m. The Balikesir area has a Mediterranean climate with warm to hot dry summers and cool wet winters. 2,168.92 Ha 21.68 square kilometres of tenements Primary targets include near surface high sulfidation epithermal gold-silver mineralisation with a porphyry gold-copper system underlying the main lithocap. Ownership: Mariana subsidiary AMG Turkey is 100% owner of the Ergama tenements, subject to a back-in right exercised by Teck Resources in May, 2013, in which Teck must invest USD 1.275M in exploration at Ergama within 3 years in order to earn-in to a 51% interest in the property. Closest Major Gold Projects: Alamos Gold’s Agi Dagi and Teck / Pilot Gold’s Halilaga projects are located approximately 85 km NW and 75 NW, respectively, of the Ergama prospect within the Biga Península. General Geological Setting: The Ergama prospect consists of a sequence of Oligocene- to Miocene-age volcanic rocks which unconformably overlies Permian-age “basement” of metamorphosed carbonate units and terrigenous sediments. Hydrothermal alteration assemblages argillic, advanced argillic analogous to high sulfidation epithermal gold systems are exposed within the central portion of the property. Geophysical data suggest a sulfide source at 100 m with characteristics of porphyry style mineralisation
