The fast development in the existing quantity of video data has caused a crucial need to develop intelligent approaches to model and extract the video content. High level features of videos are not sufficient to justify the user need. To extract contents from a video in a semantic level we need to go for low level features in videos. Using Fuzzy ontology we can't provide the user's a global extraction of video content by creating a model of domain independent any users can use the methodology globally. Now days, manual practices, which are ineffective, personally and expensively it's too high to maintain. Manual practices are not successful in achieving the low level extraction. Currently the extraction in videos is done in the use of color, texture, shape, sound, motion etc. these are not efficient to provide semantic level extraction. By extracting every single object and provides spatial and temporal relationship of the object with the events and concepts can easily help to achieve the semantic level in extraction. Introducing the domain independent ontology model which helps to provide the spatial and temporal relation between each object and its event and concept. It can be used globally in any domain of video and domain independent metatheory of ontology description provides wide-domain applicable permits the user to construct ontology for a given domain. By passing queries and comparing the data's between extracted content and domain ontology content, the content against the rule can be identified. While extracting the each video frame, by avoiding the repeated contents can increase the extraction speed. Frame size can be given by users to extract the granular data from the video.

To this end, this paper proposes a novel approach based on the partially-supervised alignment model, which regards identifying opinion relations as an alignment process. Then, a graph-based co-ranking algorithm is exploited to estimate the confidence of each candidate. Finally, candidates with higher confidence are extracted as opinion targets or opinion words. Compared to previous methods based on the nearest-neighbor rules, our model captures opinion relations more precisely, especially for long-span relations. Compared to syntax-based methods, our word alignment model effectively alleviates the negative effects of parsing errors when dealing with informal online texts. In particular, compared to the traditional unsupervised alignment model, the proposed model obtains better precision because of the usage of partial supervision. In addition, when estimating candidate confidence, we penalize higher-degree vertices in our graph-based co-ranking algorithm to decrease the probability of error generation. Our experimental results on three corpora with different sizes and languages show that our approach effectively outperforms state-of-the-art methods.

CLM is an important addition to a developer's tool set when it comes to investigating the National Vulnerability Database (NVD). In this short segment, Brian Fox shows us how CLM's dashboard can be used to expose information that would be next to impossible to find through manual search of the NVD. From Brian Fox: Part of the curation that we do when we get the vulnerability is we trace it down to the root cause as best as we can. Usually, that will trace it down to the affected class files. By tracing it to the class files, we find out which component is broken. The curations that we do to take these vulnerabilities and apply them specifically to the affected components is really the only way to make this information actionable from a developer's standpoint. There's an impedance mismatch between the things that get reported in NVD and the things that the developers are actually choosing to use. What does CLM add? How is it different from the NVD? Why can't you just go NVD and pull up the data? The answer is you could, if you know exactly how to do it. It takes us between two and four hours on every single issue to actually do this research... and we are experts at it. Is this really the best use of your developer's time and resources? How confident are you that they are going to find the right answer? It's much easier to come up with a false negative and convince yourself that there isn't a vulnerability than it is to be positive that there isn't.

Completed inside the U.S. defense enterprise, BPMN is used for enterprise-level services modeling and within an ontology-based semantic search engine to automate search of process models. The resulting engine leverages the power of the Semantic Web to discover patterns and anomalies across now seamlessly linked repositories. This approach for the first time fully exploits the richness of the BPMN notation, uniquely enabling modeling of executable services as well as context-based retrieval of BPMN artifacts. Lloyd Dugan is the Chief Architect for Business Management, Inc., providing BPMN modeling, system design, and architectural advisory services for the Deputy Chief Management Office (DCMO) of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). He is also an Independent Consultant that designs executable BPMN processes that leverage Service Component Architecture (SCA) patterns (aka BPMN4SCA), principally on the Oracle BPMN/SOA platform. He has nearly 27 years of experience in providing IT consulting services to both private and public sector clients. He has an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Mohamed Keshk has been working with Semantic Technology since 2001, and Model Driven Architecture (MDA) since 2005. INSPIRE Directive draws up that Member states should provide descriptions of spatial datasets and services within the scope of the National SDI's and shall establish and operate a network of the services for the spatial data sets and services for which metadata have been created. To ensure that the spatial data infrastructures of the Member states are compatible and usable in a global and trans-boundary context, the Directive requires that Implementing Rules (IR) about Network Services were adopted and implemented for the web services available. One of them in the "discovery service" that allows users and computer programs the searching of spatial datasets and services based on their metadata. Taking into account the principles of INSPIRE Directive about services, and due to the necessity to ensure that INSPIRE Discovery Services were implemented in a consistent and compatible way across Europe, in 2011, the National Geographic Institute of Spain (IGN), had taken the initiative of creating the INSPIRE discovery service and a catalogue client that gives support to data and service metadata of the resources of the Spanish National SDI. The service called IDEE-CSW INSPIRE, is a discovery service that allows search and retrieval of descriptive information (metadata) about data and services and meets the INSPIRE Profile of OGC™ Catalogue Service Specification 2.0.2 - ISO Metadata Application Profile for CSW 2.0 (CSW ISO AP), the Technical Guidance for the implementation of INSPIRE Discovery Services and the rules of procedure defined by Initial Operating Capability Task Force. This service has been built using a free software application (Geonetwork 2.6.4). IGN Spain had created a web catalogue service (http://www.ign.es/csw-inspire) where the user can find descriptive information (metadata) of the series, units, Digital Terrain Models, Topographic Databases, Orthoimages, Web Map Services, and other Inspire services so on and if after consulting the information. If the user is interested in getting these products, he can access data through the CNIG Download Center or the set of downloading web sites described in http://www.idee.es/resources/CentrosDescarga/Organizaciones.html. The cartographic products shown in the catalogue are classified as Dataset, series and Web Services according to the hierarchical levels defined in ISO 19115. Nowadays, there are a lot of CSW services and clients, OGC compliant, that integrates through the Internet metadata of data and services, within the State, Regional and Local government levels, but there are a very few examples of Inspire compliant Discovery Services and clients. Therefore, IGN Spain, has contributed to create an actual example of implementation that can be a meeting point for experts dedicated to the cataloguing of geographic information, with the objective of stimulating the development of discovery services and therefore, to help the development of Spatial Data Infrastructures. The client developed is embbebed in the Spanish Spatial Data Infrastructure Geoportal, www.idee.es, a collective project based on the cooperation of a large number of actors in Spain: governmental bodies at national, regional and local levels, private companies, universities, citizens, to offer a wide range of resources related with Geographic Information. Its spirit is based on cooperation and openness through their consensus and experiences according to INSPIRE guidelines, Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) interoperability specifications and ISO 19100 standards. The aim of this paper is present this service and the client in order to assist in the process of creation and development in a community, to explain its main characteristics and the future steps of development.
