fallout 76 base building / fallout 76 base design, so i've been playing around with the fallout 76 base building to see if i can make a fallout 76 best base for starters and to see what is possible and i came across the ability to cover the doorway up with another wall meaning you dont need a door. this is due to the fallout 76 base building mechanics in the game which i try to explain in this video. this is quite important for fallout 76 as it could lead to bigger issues should fallout 76 lead more down the route of fallout 76 base building being a key thing.
Fallout 76 beta is now live on Xbox one and i have been testing the fallout 76 base building and put this simple fallout 76 base building guide together to get you started. this covers the basic fallout 76 base building as i still need to progress my player to get all the BP's to upgrade my fallout 76 base. as i progress in fallout 76 i will try to post more fallout 76 guides and tutorials to help you along the way and share the mistake i make along with the cool things i find. ideally i want to make some fallout 76 trap bases and just overall fallout 76 base design tutorials. you can play fallout 76 beta now on Xbox with fallout 76 coming to ps4 and PC soon so join us on the wasteland. i will also try to get some fallout 76 tips and tricks videos done as well.
fallout 76 beta times are posted each day via the Fallout social media so make sure you keep up to date with them so you can get on early.

Fallout 76 is the first time you’ll be able to explore the Wasteland with other players and as such, some systems have been adapted to suit this exciting new adventure. If you’re excited for Fallout 76, chances are you’ve spent quite a bit of time in Fallout 4, exploring the Commonwealth, establishing your settlements and just trying to survive in a harsh, post-nuclear world. You’ll still have all those options when you hop into Fallout 76, but you may notice a few things are a little different. Hey boss man, I get what you are saying about base raiding and how our camps may evolve over time. However, wouldn't that be the the point of the PVP based workshops? I haven't messed with that section of the game yet, but my thinking was that they were fairly valuable while also scratching the PVP/Base raiding itch, no? So wouldn't the strategy in this game be about adapting different defense layouts in workshops while also maybe preparing pre designed modular blue prints to super quickly slap down turret towers, maze traps, turret walls, or enclosures for the extractors? I am still trying to design a proper series of blue prints for a modular camp myself as I haven't had much time in the beta, so maybe I just misunderstand it.
Dont you think it would be much simpler to just build a wall with no door and every time you come back just go into build, grab door, pass through, and cancel. You loose less resources and there is no door for someone to use. Plus if they wanna break down the wall its not like they need to break the door frame, just the wall in the door frame. The idea is great and thanks for that, but its a little much until you can start using extremely strong walls that take much longer to break.
Wouldn't it make sense to just have walls only on the first floor and use build mode to remove and replace the wall when you get in? I know there would be times running into your base while being ambushed would be beneficial, however, at that point, the players attacking will be beating down the door anyway. So having no doors would be a better safety measure.
It's more to have extra protection as a whole, players can destroy wood walls easy etc so the other end of this glitch ifnu could double wall the base so if anyone did want to mess with u they have 2 sets of walls to break through
I understand how you're glitching the sockets, but i'm not following how this does anything besides make a door frame a wall that you cant walk through. Like, isn't the point of having a doorframe with a door so you can open it and walk in? what's the point of having a doorframe blocked by a wall? I'm completely missing the point here, lol.
So currently u use a door with a lock that can be picked buy others, this allows u to place a wall in the door frame taking away the risk of someone else picking the lock. just pop in build mode remove the wall and leave the frame when ur home and place the wall when u leave.
This seems to be because of missing libraries on Ubuntu 17.10 and higher, also impacts other Ubuntu flavours.
Your antivirus most likely removed the miner before you could exclude the folder from being scanned. If you followed the antivirus guides in the initial setup you can simply extract the miner again, replacing the current files, and run the GUI miner again.
If you built your own version of xmr-stak or xmrig you need to rename the binaries to xtl-stak and xtlrig respectively.
We currently only list pools we have tested in the miner. You are free to change the config for xmrig and xmr-stak to rather use a pool you want. You can track the progress on this feature here.
