+Pedro Dias There's a new phone in the market right now, the Samsung Galaxy Grand Max which seems a good option as well.

Dear Phonebunch , are you guys stupid or are you so careless ! zenfone 5 with 1.6 ghz has got a Antutu bm score of 24000 without any tweaks ! so how come you lead people into falsehood ! If youre not just able to give accurate numbers then why should we watch you reviews !
tanzil rahmath (3 years ago)
+PhoneBunch you better research !!!! Bcoz I get 23800+ everytime !!!!!!!!!!!!!
PhoneBunch (3 years ago)
+tanzil rahmath Next time before you comment do your research, this is the score we got with out Zenfone 5 (1.6 GHz) Therefore, we will and are comparing it with the scores we got.

hey  really great reviews but m confused to buy a new phone and my budget is 8-9k  i need a decent camera, good battery life and great performance..can u suggest a good phone? and i was also wondering which is better lenovo a6000 or assus zenfone 5 with 1.2ghz variant?
Vivek Nair (3 years ago)
thanks for ur reply. but both yu yureka and lenovo a6000 were on flash sales and that too slated for feb11  but zenfone was readily available in flipkart so i ordered it instead. will receive it in a day or two. i hope i didnt make a bad decision
PhoneBunch (3 years ago)
+Vivek Nair It would be better to go with the YU Yureka instead, at present that seems to be the best choice in this segment.
Does this phone really has a better batter backup than original one.....??  Please clarify ?  How long does it lasts on normal usage.....?? Normal Usage means data pack on continuously, 2 to 3 hrs surfing, half-hour gaming, 45 to 1hr calling. The previous version lasts for only 3.5 to 4hrs on this usage while the company has claimed that it has 18hrs of 3g talktime. But it didn't lasts for even half of the time.  So please clarify ??

Abhinav sir.. I m planning to get this one.. but a bit confused between this phone and Moto G. Will appreciate if you in your full review you could make a small comparison with Moto g especially in terms of Camera performance, Battery backup with 3g and GPS performance and Loudness of the speakers..
PhoneBunch (3 years ago)
+Manotosh Chatterjee Sure, will do.

how do you compare this with redmi 1s?
Vishal Sarkari (3 years ago)
Thanks phonebunch i bought the phone for my dad after watching your unboxing video and i am highly impressed. I use a nexus 5 and m a big fan of vanilla android experience(with xposed framework) but this phone's UI is simply outstanding, inbuilt apps are buttery smooth and materialistic!! no lag super responsive feels like a blazing fast phone. I have thrown all kinds of social apps say viber, skype, facebook whatsoever and didnt notice any bit of lag(comparing to the moto g2),maybe this is where the 2gb ram benefits the phone. People complaining about the looks i just couldn't get them coz personally it feels like a very premium phone like an htc. Battery yes i feel that is where this phone is really bad because it literally drains while using(standby is ok). Which i think can be fixed either by future update or by rooting the phone and changing the cpu governor to "hotplug"(or any other available) coz when i checked all the cores were online even at idle and the base clock was 800(running "interactive" cpu governor). Battery performance apart, i think its a steal for the price.

Ali Raza (3 years ago)
Good benchmarks score, Look wise it is not as good. I suggest you to add some type of GPS benchmarks.
Ali Raza (3 years ago)
I mean there is some type off app there to test GPS capability
PhoneBunch (3 years ago)
GPS is really tricky indoors, its better to do a field test for that which we do before our full review.
