Thanks for the vid!, but I'm still kind of confused. For example, I have a haunted ghosts ant arctic eyewear and the back pack price is 30.5 keys or so. How much should I trade it for and where do I continue from there?. My goal is a nice all class hat with a nice effect.
If u buy a quicksell, then try to sell it for around backpack tf price, this doesn't make sense. U said unusuals don't sell full price for pure, but u said to sell it for full price. Can someone pls explain?
Life hack: If you change your mindset to expecting offers and trades in a year or two all trades will seem fast as fuck... if you get yourself to believing trades will come in 1 year even offers after 1 month will seem great
Hi im a new trader im still trading for hats to keep and was wondering if you had a guide or if anyone had tips on getting into unusual trading with out buying keys I mean I wil but keys but wanted to know thanks
A "duped" item, is an item that was duplicated using a glitch a long time ago. It usually brings down the desire of an item, but a lot of people don't care if it was duped or not at lower tiers, so it's not really anything to worry about
Another technique is to make a cool loadout with your unusual with loadout.tf, save a pic and share it with your trade, i sold a shit unusual with this way
Finally I sold it for its normal price on the SCM. With the money I bought keys. So everything is ok in the end. I know a dupped unusual doens't really matter, but many people changed their mind and broke the trade after checking the hat :/
Recently i have unboxed 2 new unusuals (both are pretty expensive) and i wanted to get into trading but i don't know how to start because i don't wanna get ripped off... one is a patriot peak stormy storm(107 keys atm) and a galvanized gibus circling heart(280 keys) how can i get profit out of this?
If you want I could add you to try to help you sell it. Those are a bit more expensive than the nicest unusuals I've ever had, but I've had a fair bit of trading experience and I could try to help determine if you're getting a good deal
I started with nine keys, bought a duped bubbling blokes bucket hat, added some sweets and sold it for a Nuts n bolts Tavish defrost experience, and sold it for pure and now I'm down to eight keys pure, hopefully I can make my way up to multiple midteir unusuals
Actually, Firepower's lets you advertise that you are selling a quick delivery, but they do not allow you to advertise that you are buying quick sells. Firepowered is a pretty good server and your video makes it sound terrible. A theory I heard is that firepowered does this because people would spam binds in chat that they are buying quick sells.
pyrofuzion I agree that they should allow people to advertise buying quick sells, but you didn't clarify in your video that they allow you to quick sell, but not quick buy, and that might discourage newer traders from using the server
I understand where you're coming from but I belive that trade servers should be like a real life marketplace where people can come to buy and sell items. The way Firepowered doesn't allow people to advertise that they buy quicksells just seems like they are prohibiting one side of the market. I know it can get annoying to see people buying quicksells but Vatican City allow it and they are probably a better regarded trade server. I probably shouldn't have made Firepowered sound that bad in the video because I do still use it but I just think that letting people advertise quicksells wouldn't hinder the experience on the server.
Well, I don't have much money. That means
Not much money = can't buy steam card or anything in steam market for keys
No keys= NOOOO PROOOOOOFIIIIIT
Because I'm just a guy who's too damn poor.
Pyro fusion, would a lot of stranges be worth an unusual?
negotiate and try to make them lower there price then sell it for more for insitints say a unusual is 10 keys
try to negotiate and make it about 30 percent less or about 7 8 keys then sell it for 9 10 keys might seem low and you might only make a few keys but profit is profit. anouther tip is to be kind to people and don't cave in easy
Yea, I've noticed the lack of selfless people within the community. I realise you're trying to get profit, but one guy offered me 4 keys for my steaming sultans ceremonial a while back. Whilst the hat may not be high tier, or even nice at all, why would you offer 4 fucking keys? xd
Yeah the price of half a key will always be just half of the current key price. But if you want to find out other decimals easier, just go to backpack.tf and in the search bar, type 'convert 0.3 keys' for example and it wil show you how much ref is in 0.3 of a key.
So you've taught us how to negotiate properly when *buying* an unusual, can we get a short tutorial/video about how to negotiate properly when *selling* an unusual or getting an unusual trade-up? Thanks c:
Shorter history doesn't really effect unusuals until you are in higher tier trading, someone might buy a persons 2 man history for more than someone's 20 man history as it is just shorter and more clean looking, like I said doesn't matter until high tier trading and even then it doesn't matter that much
Lmao, that's just Vatican I get frustrated with that server as well, sometimes all these people on the mic constantly and you get no trade so annoying, but don't give up! Come at a different time when those people have left and different people are here and you can try to sell your unusual or buy quicksells!
I have bp worth about 200 dollars. I have gotten into unusual training in the past and did decent. But with how inflated the market is right now would it be worth to trying to get back into the usual trading game?
Because you can try and buy quicksells with 10 keys. But if you see an unusual for a good price on the Steam Community Market, then take it. Take the price, then devide it by 2.5 and that's how many keys it costs (approx).
this is what I get: We couldn't find any matches for your search, sorry. If you didn't enter any items on either side, you'll never get any matches. If you want to do a wildcard search for any item with a certain attribute, then select the "Wildcard Item" and give it filters.
This seems to be because of missing libraries on Ubuntu 17.10 and higher, also impacts other Ubuntu flavours.
Your antivirus most likely removed the miner before you could exclude the folder from being scanned. If you followed the antivirus guides in the initial setup you can simply extract the miner again, replacing the current files, and run the GUI miner again.
If you built your own version of xmr-stak or xmrig you need to rename the binaries to xtl-stak and xtlrig respectively.
We currently only list pools we have tested in the miner. You are free to change the config for xmrig and xmr-stak to rather use a pool you want. You can track the progress on this feature here.
